Privacy Policy
ad9.ai ("we", "the platform") respects and protects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share and protect your information when you use the ad9.ai website and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1Information we collect
- Account information: when you register or log in, we collect your email, username, avatar and basic profile returned by third-party sign-in (e.g. Google) via our identity provider.
- Usage information: your actions on the platform, such as advertiser profile details, campaign copy and settings, and access times.
- Device & log information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps — used for security and service improvement.
- Cookies & local storage: used to keep you signed in and remember preferences — see section 6.
2How we use information
- Provide, maintain and improve the Service, including account management and ad delivery;
- Verify identity and protect account/platform security, preventing fraud and abuse;
- Communicate with you about service changes, important notices, or things you've requested;
- Perform statistical analysis, in compliance with applicable law, to improve the product.
3Sharing & third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary, and only in these cases:
- Identity authentication: we use our own Logto-based authentication service for sign-in; if you choose a third-party sign-in method (e.g. Google), that provider handles the authentication data under its own privacy policy.
- Infrastructure & email: we may use third-party providers (e.g. transactional email) to deliver verification codes and notifications, sharing only what's necessary for that function.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by law, regulation, or judicial process.
4Advertiser content
If you use ad9.ai as an advertiser, the campaign copy, landing URLs, category and budget you submit are stored to operate the review and delivery pipeline, and are retained in our audit log (see the ad standards page) for at least 3 years for compliance and dispute-resolution purposes. Wallet and transaction data (top-ups, bonuses, refunds, spend) are retained for the same purpose.
5Data storage & security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and regular backups. Your data is stored on servers we control. While we work hard to protect it, no method of transmission or storage over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.
6Your rights
- Access, correct or update your account information;
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal information (except where retention is legally required);
- Withdraw any consent previously given;
- Ask questions or raise a complaint about this policy or how your information is handled.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 9.
7Cookies & local storage
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and help secure your session. You can manage or clear these via your browser settings, though doing so may affect some functionality (such as staying signed in).
8Minors
This Service is intended for adults and those with the legal capacity to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors; if you believe we may have done so, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
9Policy updates & contact
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the site or another appropriate channel. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
