Welcome to ad9.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form the agreement between you and ad9.ai ("we", "the platform") governing your use of this website and related services (the "Service"). Registering an account or using the Service means you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
1Description of service
ad9.ai is a text-ad platform: advertisers publish concise text ads (which may include a link) for display within the ad9 ecosystem. We may adjust, add to, or discontinue features at any time.
2Registration & account responsibility
- You must provide true, accurate registration information and safeguard your credentials;
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account;
- If you discover unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately;
- You confirm you have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3Ad content standards
The ad content you submit must be lawful and truthful, and must not contain:
- Content that violates applicable law or infringes others' rights (including IP and privacy rights);
- False, misleading, or fraudulent claims, or inaccurate descriptions of products/services;
- Adult, violent, gambling, malware, phishing, or otherwise prohibited content;
- Harassing, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content.
The full copy requirements, automated and human review process, and the fixed list of prohibited categories are set out on the ad standards page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may review, reject, or take down any ad that violates these Terms without prior notice, and reserve the right to pursue any resulting liability.
4Payments & refunds
Some features require payment. Prices, billing method and available paid features are as shown on the platform (see Pricing). Except as required by law or otherwise stated, spend already incurred on ad delivery is generally non-refundable; unused wallet balance may be refunded under the rules published at the time of the request. Terms are shown clearly at the point of payment.
5Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or harmful activity, including but not limited to: interfering with or disrupting the Service, attempting unauthorized access to our systems, abusing the API, distributing malicious code, or otherwise harming other users or third parties.
6Intellectual property
The platform and its content (excluding user-submitted ad content) are owned by us or our licensors. You are responsible for the ad content you publish and grant us a non-exclusive license to use it as necessary to provide the Service.
7Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.
8Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service; our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the relevant service.
9Changes & termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your account. You may also stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
10Updates & governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time; updates will be published through appropriate channels. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Interpretation of and disputes under these Terms are governed by applicable law.
